Upstart Agent:
We are lucky to live in area where the housing is so affordable. It certainly is one of the reasons that keeps me in this area, because I just don't know where else I could live so well on so little.

There will still be farms. They will just be further and further out. What seemed far away from downtown Houston 20 years ago is now considered close.

You are lucky to be in an area that's not over inflated and still has a lot of opportunity for development. It makes me kind of sad now when I see huge farms turn into housing plans, as so many areas are so built up now I wonder if 10-20 years from now how many will be left?
