It certainly is one of the reasons that keeps me in this area, because I just don't know where else I could live so well on so little. There will still be farms. They will just be further and further out. What seemed far away from downtown Houston 20 years ago is now considered close. Upstart Agent:

It makes me kind of sad now when I see huge farms turn into housing plans, as so many areas are so built up now I wonder if 10-20 years from now how many will be left?
